Magus is a version of Adam Warlock that was evil, contrary to what the real Adam Warlock is.
Parts used:
Head - Gladiator (KF793)
Torso, Arms, Legs - Adam Warlock (PG397)
Others - Generic
While you're here though, it's worth noting that the POGO Adam Warlock was ripped off of Engineerio's Adam Warlock custom Lego minifigure.
Sometimes, he appears with blue skill instead of purple. If you prefer the blue-skinned version, you can use a Star Wars Thrawn minifigure for the head.
