DTB DTB186: Rose (Marvel Supervillain) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

There's a already a number of other characters who took over the Rose mantle, but this specific one is Philip Hayes.

Usually though, Rose has a purple mask that kinda resembles Zemo's mask. Specifically, XINH's Zemo, so maybe you can work around that to make a different Rose minifigure.
