The other fig is Excalibur (another MOC).
I made this one with the same method I used for Faiza; a plain old yellow body with black armor.
Manikin, aka Dr. Whitman Knapp, M.D., is a mutant with the ability to create 3 alternate superhero forms. So he's basically 3 people in 1.
I first found out about him while reading the new Valkyrie comic, Valkyrior. Valkyrie assembles a team of superhero doctors in an issue and Manikin was part of that team.
