Dracula has recently become a big villain to the Avengers in the comics, which is why Blade is a member of the current roster. For the most part, that's his look although he has appeared differently on other occassions.
Parts used:
Head - Knull (XH1466)
Hair - Black Cat (PG1903)
Torso - Ash Attacker (Nexo Knights)
Legs - Spider-Man (XH1332)
You can use other parts of course, these are just the ones I already had. You might also want to add the arm guards from Poison Domino.
This is him from the Avengers Assemble cartoon, but he's appeared in the comics with a similar look as well.
