Sin is Red Skull's daughter. I don't actually know her origin stories, but I've seen her in Hydra-related storylines in the comics many times now. She's a badass, but she's evil (as expected).

For the hair, I recommend going with Kopf since Kopf's plastic quality is much better than POGO's (the one in the picture is from POGO). Koruit also has a Shanks minifigure with a different red hair piece that you might prefer. The arms are also just generic flesh legs, but I colored the lower part black and used black hands. The legs are also generic but I used a Spider-Man Far from Home minifigure.
This is how she looks in the Marvel Future Fight video game. That game has a lot of great designs and more often than not are accurate to the comics/movies.
