Wild Child is a mutant who has been both a superhero and a supervillain. More recently, he was/is part of Psylocke's team: The Hellions.
Parts used:
Torso - Bulldozer (PG213)
Head - Generic or Bib Fortuna (PG706)
Legs - Generic or TLBM Prisoners
Others - Generic
If you can, you can also erased the belt print on Bulldozer's torso so it looks more like Wild Child's.
