Duo Le Pin DLP9122: Various Marvel Minifigures (Hydra Thanos, Iron Patriot, and More) Review

This set came with a combiner mini Helicarrier build, but I'll just be doing a review of the minifigures. I've been busy and pressed on time so I'll breeze through these pictures!

Check out the preview box art here.

I'll start with the general thoughts about these Duo Le Pin Lego-compatible custom minifigures:
They are disappointing. I once recognized Duo Le Pin as the standard for amazing minifigures but this set just disappointed me. Some of the figures don't have back prints (when past DLP minifigures actually had all-around, 360 prints). The plastic quality only looks good, but it's less durable as previous minifigures which you'll see in the stress marks below.

Rescue, on the leftmost, is a concept design since the MCU Rescue armor is purple. The Iron Man in the middle is the MK50 right when it's forming on Tony's body. The rightmost is most likely the Iron Patriot from the Avengers Endgame final battle.

Came out of the plastic bag like this. Poor quality control.

I love the design on Captain America, but I'm not a fan of that helmet mold since it's a bit too big. Thanos is a Hydra version, which some authentic Lego customizers have been doing for a while. Black Widow seems to be a knockoff of the Lego MCU Black Widow.

Again, no back prints.

Thanos got the stress marks right after sticking him onto the plate. The plate is perfectly normal since other minifigures don't have a problem standing on that. Plus, I didn't even feel any tension or pressure when I was placing him on the plate which meant I wasn't forcing anything.

Killmonger came with those transparent blue swords/machetes. Thor came with a Mjolnir and grey Stormbreaker.

No complaints from the front.

This was difficult to remove from the body, and the beard/hair were also difficult to remove from the head. The upper left part of the beard was also easily damaged.

I love this Killmonger design but it's so unfortunate that DLP didn't even include back printing.

Overall, I'm very disappointed. More and more minifigures from Chinese brands are starting to not print on the backs which is unfortunate. Fortunately, the bigger brands that are more popular in the west are still printing on all sides, and are actually even improving!
