POGO PG1107, PG1108: Evil-Lyn and Man-At-Arms from Masters of the Universe Minifigs Review

From this bigger set.

PG1107 - Evil-Lyn
PG1108 - Man-At-Arms

Let's start with Man-At-Arms. In terms of quality, he's pretty much the same with the others from the first wave. (1st half and 2nd half

A closer look at his weapon. Could be useful for MOCs. I thought of using it as Hercules' weapon but I want a more gold design. Quality wise though, this is great!

Side view. He comes with that armor piece attached to his arm. Attached as in I couldn't remove it. I didn't wanna try too hard because I didn't wanna ruin the fig, but my point is that it's attached very tightly. Let me know about your experiences with removing it and reattaching it to other figs.
Also, the other side is just plain green arm.

From an angle. You see how the armor piece is just on the arm, yet I still couldn't remove it.

Underneath the armor you get some minimal printing.

The first MOTU set with an alternate face!? Nice!

Also, his chest armor piece doesn't have a back part in case you're wondering.

Now for Evil-Lyn. The new molds are very very good, but the fig itself is a bit lesser than the usual POGO fig, and that's not good.

Here are her accessories. Good plastic quality. You see some plastic bits still attached to the parts but they can easily be removed by your fingers/nails/nail cutters/etc. The paint on them too are pretty good and relatively consistent.

The fig is where things go bad. The yellow on both the torso and the legs do not at all match the mold of the arms and head. I wonder why they didn't choose to just get a yellow body then paint purple to better match the arms and head..

See, the blue on the yellow arms look fine, why couldn't they do the same for the torso?

Even the back has the same issues, and no back leg prints too which is a shame since the design indicates that there should be skin showing..

Yet still, as an overall fig she's good. The armor easily covers up the hideous torso so that's good. The legs are there but at least anyone's attention is towards the accessories and not the legs anyway.

Side view with armors.

Back view with the armor.

Two okay figs. The new molds are great, and yet the minifigs themselves aren't too good. It's hard to understand since making minifigs has been their thing for years now while the new molds are literally new.. I do hope they improve both minifig and accessories; they'll surely beat XINH and even SY/Lepin [in terms of minifigs] if quality, quantity, and diversity become present.

Alright so I'm still waiting for the 6 more and once I get them from AngeloMarcus Greenhills, expect a review!
